Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all services provided under the Obsidyon platform, including LedgerLens and future tools.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when a purchased service fails to technically deliver the advertised output (for example, when a CSV cannot be generated after payment).

What is not refundable

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with formatting or appearance
  • Unsupported input formats clearly stated before purchase
  • Completed bundle or day-pass usage beyond minimal testing

How to request a refund

  • Email contact@obsidyon.com within 24 hours of purchase
  • Include the job ID or approximate purchase time
  • Include the email used during checkout (if applicable)
  • Briefly describe the technical issue encountered
  • Include the name to whom the transaction was charged from

Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within a few business days, depending on your bank.
