How to request a refund
  • Email contact@obsidyon.com within 24 hours of purchase
  • Include the job ID shown after extraction
  • Include the approximate purchase time and the email used at checkout (if any)
  • Briefly describe the technical issue encountered
  • Include the name to whom the transaction was charged from

Refunds are processed via Stripe and usually appear on your statement within a few business days.
